Together, We Thrive: Your Year-End Support Makes it Possible!

JANUARY 4, 2024

Dear Supporters and Friends of After the Harvest,

As we step into the New Year, we want to take a moment and express our deepest gratitude for your incredible support. Our end-of-year fundraising campaign was a huge success because of you! Your commitment has been nothing short of inspiring, and we are thrilled to share the remarkable achievements made possible by your generosity.

In an extraordinary demonstration of generosity, our community rallied together to raise an amazing $57,649.61 raised. This success is a testament to the collective efforts by our staff and dedicated volunteers, and the enduring belief in our mission by our incredible partners and supporters.

A heartfelt thank you goes to ATH Board Members Randy Burdge, Bradford Warner and Vickie Harris. Their separate donation match challenges showcased their appreciation for our mission, and belief in where we are headed as an organization. We are profoundly grateful and thank you all again for your continued dedication and support.

We extend our deepest thanks to all our supporters, including donors, volunteers, growers, drivers, and our esteemed Board of Directors. Your collective belief in our mission to fight food insecurity, reduce food waste, and improve nutrition for all in Kansas City fuels our determination. This achievement is a testament to your steadfast belief in ATH’s mission. In a year where many nonprofits faced challenges, your support stood out, allowing us to maintain our momentum and continue making a meaningful impact.

As we reflect on the challenges and triumphs of 2023, we are excited to share that, with your support, our team has diligently worked on a transformative initiative that will shape our endeavors in 2024 – the Urban Produce Push. This vision for a hunger-free Kansas City represents a bold step forward, and we are eager to embark on this journey with your continued support.

Your generosity has not only helped us sustain our mission but has also empowered us to strive for even greater heights. In a world where every contribution counts, your belief in After the Harvest has been a beacon of hope and inspiration. Together, we will continue to make a difference, one harvest at a time.
