Minnie is After the Harvest’s Distribution Driver and has been with us for two years. She rescues food bound for the landfill from local wholesalers and distributes it to food pantries, soup kitchens, and shelters. The best part of her job is forming relationships with all of the wonderful and hard-working people in our community who are serving their food-insecure neighbors. Minnie loves to explore nature and search for edible wild plants, and her favorite food joke is: I don’t want to get jalapeño business but I’m here if you want to taco ’bout it!
